- Impersonate Others: Create a fake profile, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. "Catfishing" is explicitly banned.
- Spam and Automation: Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other software to access the Services, send automated messages, mass-view profiles, or collect data from the platform.
- Distribute Malware: Upload viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code intended to damage, disrupt, or intercept data from the Services or its users.
The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting them to law enforcement.
4. Member Interactions and Assumption of Risk
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUNDS OF ALL OF ITS MEMBERS OR ATTEMPT TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS MEMBERS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OR COMPATIBILITY OF MEMBERS.
The Company strongly advises you to use extreme caution and common sense when interacting with other users, particularly when meeting offline or in person. You agree to take all necessary safety precautions, such as meeting in public places, informing a friend or family member of your whereabouts, and not sharing sensitive financial information. By using the Services, you agree to assume all risks associated with communicating or meeting with other users.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
5.1 Our Content
Except for user-generated content, all content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
While basic membership is free, certain features of the Services require a premium subscription or the purchase of virtual currency. If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices presented to you. We may use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your profile.
Auto-Renewal: For subscription services, your payment method will automatically be charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time by accessing your account settings.
No Refunds: Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where mandated by applicable law. If you reside in a jurisdiction (such as certain US states or the European Union) that mandates a specific cancellation and refund window, those local laws will apply.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. 8. Limitation of Liability

Class Action Waiver: You and the Company agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor the Company will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, a representative action, a collective action, or a private attorney general action.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document, by sending an email, or by displaying a prominent notice upon your next login. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
